kali ini kecewa banget sih nginep disini, pas sarapan keliatan banget makanan sisa iftar semalam kayaknya, bahkan tehnya aja tuh gak diganti kenapa bisa tau? keliatan kan kalau es teh tapi esnya udah cair itu bagian atasnya akan bening krn bekas es, air minumnya ya cuma sisa es teh sama air putih sayur nangkanya juga gitu keliatan angetan, roti butternya udh jadi bubur 🙃 trus saladnya ada udh dicampur jadi satu sayurannya dan tomatnya tuh udh gak enak baunya kalau emng gak bisa menyiapkan sarapan yg fresh dibulan ini krn ada yg puasa yaa sekalian aja jangan tawarkan kamar include breakfast beneran kecewa banget sih kalau buat roomnya sih udh okay banget yaa, cuma di breakfast nya aja yg ngecewain krn pas staycation itu breakfast yg ditunggu jugaa

First time ke sini wah lobby astetich resepsionist ramah semuanya kecuali cewe yang make kacamata resepsionistnya not ramah tapi sayangnya cuman 1 jadi kalo mau check in agak sedikit lama ya 1 jam kalo rame kalo gak rame 30 menit. Kamarnya luas bersih banget clean tetap di jaga kebersihannya amunities lengkap viewnya wah banget 😍 tvnya udah smart tv sayang gak ada hairdryer sama dopsit box itu kekurangannya soalnya udh bintang 4,kamar kedap suara sama wather heaternya si pertama doang panas selanjutnya dingin 😌😑 jadi kalo mandi kedinginan ac joss dingin banget internet jgn di tanya joss

hotel dan kamarnya nyaman banget, wangi, bersih, lengkap semua keperluannya. ada bbrp masukan supaya bisa ditingkatkan lagi: 1. tv nya masih berbahasa china, jd untuk nonton agak bingung klik apa nya 2. cukup disayangkan akun netflixnya blm di provide hotel, kmrn di hotel bintang 3 pun sudah disediakan akunnya 3. seluruh ruangan tuh wangi, harum, tapi entah kenapa kalau masuk kamar itu rasanya mata agak perih apa mungkin karna pengharum yg digunakan itu wangi berempah gitu ya? 4. kalau sabun, shampoo, lotion, pakai wangi yg lebih aman seperti floral atau wangi lain (bukan wangi rempah) akan jauh lebih calming 5. di toilet sih tertera yaa utk hairdryer ada dan tinggal telpon aja, tp lebih oke kl semua kamar udh ada hairdryer yaa jadi ga repot2 untuk telpon dan sungkan juga untuk mintanya hehe overall keren dan betah banget selama disini, thankyou!! bakal balik lagi kesini❤️⭐

Menginap di hotel ini overall cukup oke. Kamarnya nyaman, bersih, dan view-nya juga enak dilihat. Cuma sedikit disayangkan untuk sarapannya, menurut saya rasanya masih kurang dan pilihan menunya juga cukup terbatas untuk ukuran hotel bintang 4. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Sebenernya berawal dr iseng stay disini, tp definitely i fall in love to stay here. Kamar bersih, AC dingin, water heather berfungsi baik, staff nya pun all so friendly full senyum. Terutama untuk Pak Edo (GM), mas Satria MOD in cas, mba Renzi receptionist yg manis n baik hati.. thanks all. N ak dikaaih beruang TMG dr pak Edo. .
