Rooms: Kamarnya cukup bersih dan tidak bau, kasurnya rapi, tersedia handuk mandi, kamar mandinya tidak bau dan tidak licin. Service: Resepsionis hotelnya ramah, proses check in/check out nya mudah dan cepat. Harus deposit 50 ribu atau bisa juga titip KTP/SIM pada saat check in dan akan dikembalikan saat check out. Location: Menurut saya lokasinya strategis karena posisi hotel ini berada di jalan besar sehingga mudah menemukan hotel ini, dekat dengan area Antasari, Kemang dan dekat dengan stasiun MRT. Disekitar hotel ini ada alfamidi, ada warung makan sehingga mudah bila ingin makan atau beli groceries. Overall saya cukup puas stay di hotel ini 👍.

Masa temen saya tiba tiba di tuduh cewe open BO sama resepionis hotel ini? Sangat tidak sopan dan gak tau adat. Parah banget.
Pretty cozy and spacious for the price. I got it for about 200k IDR for a night. The room and service were decent enough. The amenities were so-so. The towels were flat and dry but usable, the toothbrush and paste were okay (I just used the toothpaste), and the soap was refilled inside a used water bottle?? (questionable but it is what it is; see picture). I got the top floor but luckily, they have a small elevator to accommodate. The wall pretty thick; couldn't hear noises from adjacent rooms. The AC was nice and cold. Good cleanliness on the outer part but some of the drawers were a little bit dusty and had some small trash (found a cigarette butt in a non-smoking room) but it was okay since I use none of it. Pillows, blanket, etc were okay nothing to complain. Lastly, the AC was dripping at night (it wasn't at first) and stop dripping in the morning. Overall, it was a good experience for me seeing the price is quite affordable and the location was strategic. The hotel was close to convenient stores, MRT station, Blok M, and other shopping places.
Looking for monthly guest house and tried this place they called residence 12. A serious review. Cleanliness are 2/10, had a 3 night staying and had to move 3 times and i have to say last unit was the acceptable one, there'll be so spacious unit at ground floor but the lightning are dim asl, cleanliness again are not it i could've say the dirt on the bathroom, toilets, gordyn, each corner for drawer are dirty, shower glass was dirty as well i could've say a brand new building and both old facilities quality but well do not expect much, shower was not worth using as well due to its function and no longer having a strong holder, dear owner of this residence come fix this issue better if you care enough for ur services and what you offer. Second night move, i was having a fair space for one person, its not spacious but the placement are mmm there'll be a bed near a bathroom and wastafel means it'll be a bit wet whenever you'll get shower or wash ur hand fair much if its only for one pax, there's also a leftover rubbish from previous guest i bet the staff doesn't see it exist cause it placed on top of the wastafel's mirror cupboard, overall the same input over a cleanliness, and please take note ur Gordyn seriously need to get deep cleaned or buy a new one at least and this unit air conditioner wasn't even work even after a couple hour or a whole night. Third and last night to move i have a spacious and fair enough unit that's actually fit my expectations but again oh god i have to say a 3 star staycat place would make so much sense for its facilities or something but cleanliness are important and put this as your top priority please, the same details on gordyn cleanliness quality, pillow case and its pillow that's no longer worth to use, dust and leftover item on drawer that's actually for mini fridge but there's no any Electric plugs then you have to move it to turn it on, and i found whole dust and dirt on the mini fridge drawer i bet you guys slipped a deep cleanse after each guest reserved, worse worse cleanliness issue ive ever had for my whole long journey staying at places. This unit having fair facilities inside the room, as if it'll be rented monthly there'll be additional desk for wastafel, or mini anak kost not so kitchen to bring but yea had to say cleanliness was ur top serious problem to fix, come see for the picture what i found was real and the airy decades pillow was stinks how come there'll be this item and the dirt when someone's about to have a rest in your residence? Also this unit having a door problem which is super hard to clicked and took lots of energy to lock and close the door, overall a 1/10 rating. Wouldn't be back, you guys really have to fix this issue for calling this place residence especially if its in Jakarta.
kamar sempit, kasur kotor, banyak noda, dan gak lembut. horden kek gapernah dicuci, kamar mandi kek gapernah dibersihin???? WIFII AJA LEMOT BATTTT, bad experience ever
Kamar mandi kotor, handuk kotor, sprei dan selimut gatel. Kulkas bau. Cari yang lain aja Poin plus hanya lokasi-nya enak, dekat alfamart dan nggak jauh dari Antasari or Kemang.
