Hotel masih nyaman sampai sekarang menginap.waktu dtg ada kendala di kamar AC tidak dingin sudah 1,5jam dihidupkan,lapor ke reception langsung dtg teksnisi dan di lakukan pembersihan AC saat itu juga. Untuk tambahan Breakfast 200 rb/ orang. Kamar mountain view bagus tp memang luas kamar nya pas,ga besar atau ga kecil, tp kurang kedap suara( waktu itu ada kamar atas yg lg geser perabotan terdengar sampai bawah). Tuk kamar mandi bersih tp lantai di shower agak licin+ toilet bersih. Kualitas air lebih bagus. Lebih bisa tidur dibanding di le eminance. Breakfast nya enak standar. Kue nya enak enak. Buah bervariasi. Bisa request kopi capucino/latte free flow. Pertahankan ya sebagai nilai tambah hotel.

Lokasi strategis, kamar oke, cuma kemarin pas Dateng bagian bawah spreinya lupa mereka lipet, atau memang gak diganti spreinya, entahlah, tapi seharusnya sekelas hotel botanica seharusnya harusnya perfect dong. It's oke tp gpp Untuk fasilitas anak² cuma kolam renang Ajja, menurut saya kurang yaa,,, karna kalau mau lengkap yaa harus nyebrang dulu ke hotel sebelahnya pesona alam, itu mager siii lumayan jauh ah, jadi seharian kami cuma stay di kamar, untuk kolam renang nya yg jaguzinya (typo) itu puanas pool, JD kaya nya gak mungkin deh di masukin org, itumah buat ngerebus telor bisa siii, saking panasnya, org² pada gak kuat loh lama² disitu, 1 menit Ajja udh Mateng kali, mungkin pengaturan suhu nya atau memang standar nya seperti itu? Nginep di Hotel The Botanica Sanctuary bener-bener pengalaman yang menyenangkan. Booking 3 kamar dan semuanya dapet free upgrade, jelas jadi bonus yang bikin happy banget. Semua staf ramah dan helpful, dari check-in sampai selama menginap selalu enak komunikasinya. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan desainnya cakep, bikin nyaman buat istirahat. Area hotel juga tenang dan terawat. Plus, tempatnya kids friendly, jadi nyaman juga buat yang bawa anak. Lokasinya juga strategis banget, deket banget dari Taman Safari Indonesia, habis jalan-jalan dari taman safari bisa langsung lanjut istirahat ke hotel tanpa perjalanan jauh. Pertama kali nginep di hotel bintang 5 naik motor sama keluarga, alhamdulillah di sambut ramah, sama security dan pelayan yg d resepsionis, hotel ya bagus, suasana ya modern, kamarnya juga bagus, ada welcome drink ya mantep, sarapan ya ada banyak pilihan mantep deh pokoknya. Untuk kolam berenang ya bagus, ada khusus air hangat ya mantep lah, view ya juga gunung. Cm kamar ya tembok ya, ky bukan dari batu bata. Soalnya orang sebelah kamar ngobrol kedengeran sampe kamar.Rada terganggu sedikit sih.Oh ya parkiran ya, rada efforts juga naik ke atas parkiran ya,outdoor.Udh cape dluan. Next overall bagus lah. the hotel is absolutely amazing. terasa sangat berkualitas dan mewah sekali. it reminds me of gaia hotel in bandung. but there are a few things that u should develop 1. room service katanya ada menu dikamar tapi tidak ada. ada menu di TV tapi cuma 10% dari menu yg ada gambarnya, lalu stok banyak yang kosong 2. gelas hanya ada 2 dan itupun cangkir (untuk teh dan kopi) trus masa saya harus pakai gelas yg sama untuk minum air putih? 3. air putihnya juga cuma 2 botol. harusnya di kamar mandi ada botol lagi 4. jam checkout itu harusnya di lobby banyak yg standby. cuma 2 org dan mereka ribet sendiri. mereka juga melayaninya tidak satu per satu tapi ditengah melayani satu customer, mereka melayani yg lain. jadi lama nya luar biasaa. ada juga miss antar resepsionis 5. saya juga dengar ada yg kunci mobilnya hilang setelah di valet tapi diluar itu. hotelnya bagus sekali. infrastructure dan fasilitasnya bagus. maslaah perlengkapan dan pelayanan saya yakin bisa diperbaiki. viewnya juga bagus bangettt. udaranya pun enak sekali

Pertama kali ke Bogor dan stay di The Botanica Sanctuary. Hotelnya arsitektur dan style nya cantik, suasananya tenang. View gunung juga cantik banget. Semua staff ramah dan helpful terutama Mas Hasbi ya, makanannya semuanya enak nggak ada yang fail, spa-nya juga luar biasa. Stay di sini menyenangkan dan akan kesini lagi kalau liburan ke Bogor 😊

Just came back from The Botanica Sanctuary, and wow… this place is soo relaxing! Sampai ngga pengen pulang karena vibes nya yg tenang. Kamarku spacious, bersih, dan lighting nya cozy banget. Enak banget buat yang suka hotel puncak dengan pemandangan alam. dari beberapa spot hotel bisa lihat gunung yang hijau dan bikin mata adem. tamannya luas dan terawat, enak buat jalan santai pagi atau sore. kolam renangnya bersih dan airnya dingin khas puncak. sarapannya juga lengkap, pilihannya banyak dan rasanya konsisten. Hotel nyaman, bersih, dekat dengan taman safari Hanya sekedar saran untuk bisa di tambah gajebo kolam renang, karena hanya sekitar 6 kusi untuk orang tua tunggu anak berenang dan harus berdiri jadinya karena penuh. Dan untuk ke parkiran tamu juga kalau bisa di kasih akses agar tidak kehujanan karena sangat repot klo hujan mau ambil mobil ke parkiran dan jalur ke parkiran juga kalau bisa di perbaiki karena jalannya hancur Terima kasih

Great Rooms, Great view. Hotel yg cocok utk hening / menarik diri dari aktifitas. Tidak perlu banyak aktifitas hanya duduk merenung smbil ngopi dan menikmati pemandangan puncak. Many Many Thank to Mas Hardi ( F&B Services ) for any explanations. Never recomended highly enough.
