Setelah keliling sentul nyari penginapan akhirnya ketemu hotel ini. Belom pernah kemari dan pengen nyobain sebagus apa hotel ini. Dan ternyata eng... Ing... Eng... Bukan hanya lumayan tapi termasuk bagus. Dari kamarnya sampai sarapan paginya enak. Pas moment hari ulang tahun aku yang ke 57. Tapi pas aku bilang ke pihak hotel ga ada yg special bila ada yg pas ultah di hari itu.
Selalu suka kalau bermalam disini. Makanannya sesuai dengan seleraku banget.

Kami mengadakan pertemuan keluarga besar disini dan mengambil paket menginap dan fullboard meeting. Hotel ini sangat baik untuk manula karena semua jalan datar dan ada lift menuju kamar dan ballroom. Kamar nyaman, luas, bersih, ada microwave, peralatan makan dan ada balkon. Tersedia dispenser utk menambah air mineral. Sebaiknya sabun dan shampo juga diisi ulang agar ramah lingkungan. Ballroom cukup luas dan baik Makan malam, siang, pagi dan cemilan semua enak2 dan beragam jenisnya. Kolam renang, track jalan, gazebo, kolam pancing ikan dan area rumput untuk permainan terawat dengan baik. Penginapan yang sangat nyaman dan baik, khususnya untuk bawa kursi roda! Mungkin memang karena areanya dekat dgn senior living home, jadi sudah didesign sedemikian rupa untuk mengakomodasi mobilisasi wheelchair. Jalanan landai, pintu-pintu lebar, luas ruangan lebar. Overall hotel bersih dan nyaman, ukuran pas untuk keluarga (2-3 orang). Memang gak banyak hiburan sih, di luar hotel ada area kolam renang dan kolam pemancingan aja. Sarapan biasa aja, makanannya cenderung dingin semua… Pelayanan dan staf sangat baik dan ramah.

Tempatnya nyaman buat staycation bareng sama anak2, staff nya juga ramah dan sangat membantu, makanannya juga lumayan enak Banyak keluarga yg menginap. Kita pikir seluruh area non smoking, ternyata dibalkon kamar masih boleh merokok bahkan disediakan asbak, asap rokoknya masih bisa masuk ke dalam kamar dan membuat tidak nyaman buat kami yang membawa anak2 kecil. Kami sempat bertanya ke staff ternyata memang diperbolehkan merokok dibalkon kamar. Sebaiknya disediakan tempat diluar area penginapan buat merokok, ditempat yg banyak pohonnya, jangan dibalkon kamar yg asapnya bisa masuk ke dalam kamar.

Terkait hilangnya makanan yang Bapak/Ibu sebutkan, kami langsung menindak lanjuti kemana makanan tersebut hilang dan sudah kami langsung berkoordinasi dengan staff Banquet dan dengan didukung oleh CCTV yang dimana makanan tersebut diambil oleh pihak keluarga sendiri. Kami juga sudah mengklarifikasi kepada Pelapor dengan bukti dari CCTV dan masalah tersebut sudah selesai pada saat hari pelaporan.
