Blossom cake cheese…lembut banget Ciabatta 3 cheese, savory, enak Ciabatta choco berry cheese, manis, dominan berry with a little bit cheese, chocony ngg bgtu brasa Ciabatta cranberry walnut…nutty, cmn b aja sih Ciabattany chewy trus ada pait2ny dikit, trutama yg walnut
Blossom is REALLY REALLY GOOD!!! Pia rembulan is also nice, sweet-savory kinda thing. Highly recommended.

Datang minggu siang, tinggal sisa roti baso ayam, roti abon & beef roll. Roti baso ayam & abonnya enaknya, isinya banyak & rotinya lembut. Staf ramah. Sayangnya kehabisan blossom cake & egg tart.
Yg juara hanya ORI Egg Tart ( ini gak too sweet). Wangii. Kulit pastry flaky renyah but not too dry. Roti tuna joguchang asinn bgtt. (Tuna nya gak kerasa serat2 ikan tuna nya hanya lembek2 tuna paste aja). Beef roll asinn bgtt isian beef nya. Egg tart matcha nya maniss bgtt matcha paste nya and ada isian red bean, pun udah manis bgt. Roti baso ayam msh ok. Walau agak asin tp msh bisa di tolerir. Ini honest review ya. Krn di Klp gading banyak bakery2 yg jual roti isian savory tp lebih ke gurih, gak yg asiiinn bgt gitu. Semoga utk rasa bisa di koreksi and sukses terus utk baking empire.
This is an honest review from 26 Nov'25, as I thought I would not post this because of my unpleasant experience. But then I decided to post this as a constructive feedback for the owner, since actually they have some good products but lack of professional service by the staff. Here is my review: - I came to the bakery and wait in a queue. It was only 1 customer before me. - I asked for Pandan Blossom Cake but the ordertaker said SOLD OUT as well as the Cheese Blossom. So I ordered Chocolate Blossom as it was only left. I also bought Cranberry Bread, Corn Bread, Japanese Cheese Bread and Beef Roll. Then I made the payment right after. - But while I made the payment, a lady came just after me and asked for Pandan and Cheese Blossom as well. Surprisingly, they said (by whispering) that those items were available for her. WHAT THE HECK?? - Then I immediately confront the ordertaker, asked why I did not get the items and gave to the next customer instead. She said she was not the one who take care at the back area and blamming to other team member who whispered to the customer after me. Again, WHAT THE HECK?? - I said to them LOUDLY, what they did to me was discriminating customer. And I even heard from a customer before me, she also was treated the same. - I also want to comment that the Japanese Chese bread tasted so so, very below expectation and too pricy with that taste. The other bread I bought tasted ok. Note to the Owner: - Please train your staff properly since you bring a big brand to Jakarta, especially Kelapa Gading area. - Customer experience is very important even though you have great product. - The outlet is small, has only little area to sit so it's not convenient to dine in.

Beli 5 blossom cake rasa cheese, chocolate, pistachio dan pandan utk dibawa ke Jawa Timur, alhamdulillah aman. Rasa nya enak2 semua, love it ❤️!!

Cobain kue pandannya, eh enak ternyata sesuai dengan selera saya. Rasanya tidak kemanisan dan teksturenya lembut (walau sudah dimasukan ke kulkas 3 harian). Toko ini juga menjual berbagai macam roti dan sourdough, tapi masih belum sempat coba karena lagi diet. Pelayananya ramah banget dan cicinya juga baik menjelaskan setiap produknya

Nemu bakery ini dari sosmed dan mau coba Blossom Cake nyaa. Kita datang jam 7 malam tapi hanya varian cheese yg available. Cake nya lembut, enak!! Toddler approve 😋👍🏻 untuk dine in nya tempatnya terbilang cukup kecil, cocok untuk quick hangout. Untuk menu ini saya foto di tanggal 30 November 2025 yaa.

Coba Blossom cakenya yg pandan. Enak jg sih tp menurut saya sih yg bikin enak tuh cream nya. Bolunya standard aja kaya chiffon fluffy pada umumnya, yg istimewa malah packagingnya, bagus deh hehe. Sy pribadi sih lbh suka sama Roti keset coklat kejunya.
Tried blossom cake, too soft so the cake becomes irregular in shape, but taste great. Love the cranberry n cream cheese bread, coffee salted bread just so so, but the Japanese cheese bread is good.
2 hari kmrn buy 1 get 1 penuh bgt & sistem antrian gak jelas jadi agak kacau. Cobain bbrp, the worst adl salted breadnya, rotinya kering, biasa aja bukan tekstur salted bread yg seharusnya. Hrs diakui blosoom cakenya enak, lembut, kita beli semua rasa walaupun gak dpt buy 1 get 1 tp lumayan disc 20%. Roti ciabatanya juga oke. Roti baso ayam agak asin isian daging ayamnya. Yes..sangat worth it..Blossom Cake nya 🤤🤤😍😍🥰 lembut, enak, manisnya pas..semua pas..masuk kulkas juga tetap lembut seperti awal beli..start from 120K untuk Blossom Cake 😍 Egg tart mochi juga tolong..enak banget 🤤🤤🤤 2 itu favourite ku..kalo kalian gimana? Berawal di Bali, sekarang Baking Empire sudah punya 8 store dan yang baru buka ini berlokasi di Kelapa Gading, diapit BNI dan BCA. Tempatnya lebih ke to go, tapi ada sedikit seating area di kiri dan kanan. Tadinya ada pesan kopi, tapi sayang diinfoin belum ready. Aku coba salt bread mereka, ada yang original dan coffee, sama - sama enak, tapi sukaan yang coffe, cukup buttery juga. Agak renyah dan empuk. Kalau dipanasin lagi, bisa lebih renyah. Cobain juga mochi egg tart mereka, ada yang original dan matcha. Suka karena ga eggy, flaky dan manisnya pas. Yang matcha ada red bean dan empuk. Mochinya tipis di dasar tartnya. Mereka ada promo opening buy 1 get 1 free untuk blossom cakenya sampai tanggal 18 November dan all item 20% sampai tanggal 20 November.
Blossom cake nya enak banget, fluffy dan tidak terlalu manis. Sangat cocok untuk orang2 yg suka kue bolu tapi kurang suka manis. Cranberry cheese cake dan roti jagung nya juga recommended. Semoga ramai terus 👏👍
